How I Solved The Dinner Time Dilemma

Hi, I'm Coach Gregory Scott.  I'm not a chef.
I was a working dad who knows how stressful that daily "What's For Dinner?" question can feel.  

After a full day of work I was exhausted.
But dinner still needed to happen.
And almost every night felt the same...

3:00 pm — The texts start coming about dinner
4:30 pm — Everyone's hunger grows
5:30 pm — I’m staring into the fridge with no plan

Eventually I realized something important:

Dinner isn’t stressful because cooking is hard.
Dinner is stressful because the decision of what to cook is needed...day after day after day.  

I needed a simpler way to plan family dinners without the last-minute panic, extra grocery store trips or falling back on takeout.

Meal Planning For Families - There has to be an easier way!

So I started experimenting with a simple solution.
Instead of deciding dinner every day, I would decide it once per week.

And instead of complicated meal plans, I built a simple system based on meals we already loved.

Lasagna.
Chicken casserole.
Stir-fried rice.
Tacos.

Within a few weeks everything changed.
Dinner became easier.
Grocery shopping became faster.
And evenings became calmer.

That simple system became this guide.  I created this site to share it with you to help your own family to help make meal planning for families easier and more realistic.
