If you've found yourself wondering what to make for dinner, you're certainly not alone. It's a daily question asked in most households...with families, couples and singles.
It's one of those questions that seems simple until you're exhausted at the end of a long day and still have to come up with an answer.
Are you simply looking for some dinner ideas for tonight?
If so, we've got you covered.
Whether you're in the mood for chicken, beef, pasta, something on the grill, plant-based meals, family favorites or better-than-takeout ideas, we're building a growing collection of recipes and dinner inspiration to help.
But before you go...
Can I Ask You a Question?
You searched:
“What To Make For Dinner?”
Or maybe what you really wanted was:
“Give Me Dinner Ideas!”
Fair enough. :) But are you sure that's the question you want answered?
Because finding another recipe can solve tonight's problem.
Then tomorrow comes. The same question...“What's For Dinner?”
And the next day...“What's For Dinner?”
And the day after that...“What's For Dinner?”
There really isn't an end in sight.
You can keep searching for another dinner idea every night—and sometimes that's exactly what you'll want to do.
But if you're tired of starting over every day, I take a different approach.
Instead of simply giving you another recipe, I created a System designed to make answering the question itself easier.

The 10-Minute Dinner System™
A Simple Approach to Meal Planning For Families, couples or singles.
The 10-Minute Dinner System™ isn't another cookbook filled with hundreds of recipes.
It's a simple, organized approach designed to take some of the daily stress and struggle out of answering: “What's For Dinner?”.
Why Is Such a Simple Question So Difficult?
The problem usually isn't just dinner.
By the time you start thinking about dinner, you've already lived most of the day. Work. Kids. School. Appointments. Errands. Emails. Phone calls. Traffic. Housework. You've been doing things and making decisions all day.
You're tired.
And now you have to make another decision.
First, decide what you're going to eat. Then figure out whether you have what you need. Maybe find a recipe. Maybe make a grocery-store run. Maybe discover halfway through that you're missing something.
Cooking may only be one part of getting dinner on the table.
That's why “What's For Dinner?” can feel like one more daily struggle when you're already exhausted.
There Are Millions of Recipes. Is That Really the Problem?
Search online and you'll find more recipes than you could possibly make in a lifetime. Plus the search just cost you another 15 to 20 minutes.
Chicken recipes. Pasta recipes. Healthy recipes. Quick recipes. Family favorites. Mexican. Italian. Chinese. Vegetarian. High protein. Low carb.
I'll be sharing plenty of recipes and dinner ideas on this website too.
Sometimes...that's exactly what you need.
But can I tell you something I've learned?

A recipe can solve tonight's dinner. A System can help solve the question tomorrow, too.
That's an important difference.
If all you need is an idea for tonight, finding a recipe may be the perfect answer. But if you find yourself searching what to make for dinner over and over again, maybe the bigger problem isn't a lack of recipes.
Maybe you need a simpler approach to dinner.
Meal Planning Sounds Like the Obvious Answer...Right?
Of course. But for a lot of people, the words “meal planning” sound like work.
You may picture spending hours planning every breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. Maybe you tried meal planning before and stopped. Perhaps your schedule changes too often. Maybe you're feeding picky eaters. Or you simply don't have time to turn planning your food into another job.
I understand. Healthy eating and meal planning should make your life easier, not more complicated.
That's one of the reasons I started looking at dinner differently.
Instead of trying to change everything you eat, what if we simply started with one meal?
Dinner
It's the meal that creates that familiar daily question, and it's a practical place to begin.
My Approach
There are millions of recipes available, and we'll be sharing plenty of them here. But I don't believe the answer to the daily “What's For Dinner?” struggle is simply collecting more recipes.
As a Certified Holistic Health Coach—and a CPA who naturally looks for systems and simpler ways of doing things—I approached the problem differently.
Rather than asking “What should I make tonight?”, I started looking at how we could make the entire dinner process easier.
That thinking eventually became The 10-Minute Dinner System™—a simple, organized approach designed to help take some of the daily stress and struggle out of answering “What's For Dinner?”
So if you came here looking for what to make for dinner tonight, go ahead and explore our Dinner Ideas. Sometimes a great recipe is exactly what you need.
But if you're tired of asking the same question tonight, tomorrow, the next day and the day after that, maybe you don't need another recipe. Maybe you need a System!
